I first wish to express appreciation for all the wonderful people we refer to as our residents. They are family to us, we love them and seek to serve them in such a way that they feel worth and still find a purpose for living in this mortality.
The coming year is going to be awesome in our efforts to increase the care we are extending to our residents. We will accomplish this goal by an increase in our training of our managers first, and then the staff.
We at BeeHive Homes of New Mexico, actually have a business coach, Mark Tobiassen of Action Coaches here in Albuquerque. We do so because his knowledge and insight, is proven to be very valuable in the operation of the BeeHive empire. It is essential that we at Bee Hive stay ahead of our competition, that means we continue to offer care that is second to none, we show our residents such love and concern that they feel the desire to continue to allow us to care for their every need.
This month Action Coach has host an event referred to as Growth Club. It is an environment where we set goals, visit our weaknesses, celebrate our successes and strengths while developing within ourselves the desire to be better people. In this effort, we increase our ability to operate more effectively. To serve on a personal level and to love our Residents on a increased level. We put ourselves through these efforts because we desire to be the best, to give our Residents value for the monies they spend to be in our homes. We do not take for granite that our Residents and their families have put their trust in Bee Hive. That "trust" is to do more than provide a roof over their heads and three square meals per day, it is to love them and provide a quality of life so long as they call Bee Hive Homes, home.
We look upon this opportunity of 2016 as a year to increase our capacity to love and serve. We again offer our gratitude to our Residents and their families for the opportunity to share the Bee Hive way at this time in their lives.
